Win 3.1 or better. FREE. This is a good bookmark utility, but not for Win 9x. It doesn't support long file names and long URLs. But you can sort selected bookmarks, see if the bookmark is still valid, and more. It also supports only older browsers. My guess would be NS 3.0 and older. This would my bookmark util of choice if it was 32 bit.
